LUMINA runs on Confident LIMS. One login covers ordering, sample manifests, live status, and every certificate of analysis we publish for you.
Confident access is issued by invitation. Once your paperwork is in place, our team emails you a link to create your login — so getting started begins with a conversation.
Call or send us a note with your products, volumes, and timeline. We'll quote your compliance packages.
We countersign a service agreement, collect your W-9 and billing details, and approve the account on our side.
We email a link to create your Confident login. From then on you order, track, and download COAs yourself.
Confirm each of these before you begin. A missing detail will delay your submission.
Your license number is required on every order, and samples are logged against it.
Optional, but it lets you pull samples straight from Metrc. You enter it once and Confident remembers it.
Batch identifiers, gross weight, and — for extracts and concentrates — the solvents used in processing.
See the minimum amounts below. Short samples cannot be run and will hold up the order.
Nine steps from login to a signed chain of custody. If anything looks different on your screen, call us and we'll walk through it with you.
Use the login you created from the invite link our team sent you.
Your account admin can add team members under Settings › Organization › Team › Add New User, with the access level each person needs. No need to come back to us for that.
You'll find it in the navigation at the top left of the dashboard.
Choose us from the lab list and click Place Order.
Pull them from Metrc or enter them manually.
Log in to Metrc and open the user profile dropdown at the very top right of the page. Once the key is entered in Confident, you shouldn't need to enter it again for future orders.
Select one or more packages for each sample.
We offer both. Click continue and pick one — if you choose pickup, we'll reach out with the schedule once your order is confirmed.
Click continue and read the summary carefully. Corrections are far easier before submission than after.
Your samples now appear in our intake queue, and in yours.
Find it under the order actions dropdown. Send the signed copy along with your Metrc manifest at pickup or drop-off.
A sample that arrives without a signed chain of custody cannot be logged in, which delays the whole order.
Order updates and results post to your Confident account as they happen — no waiting on an email from us to know where a sample stands.
Follow each sample from intake through analysis to published result.
Certificates post to the portal the moment they publish, with shareable links and QR codes.
Generate compliant labels straight from a completed order.
Compare results across batches and cultivars, and pull up any past report.
All weights in grams. Pull at least the total for the matrix you're submitting — a short sample cannot be run, and the order waits until replacement material arrives.
When testing vapes, heavy metals and vitamin E acetate must be tested directly from the cartridge to meet regulatory compliance requirements.
Package pricing isn't published here. Contact sales for a current pricing sheet, and your agreed prices will appear on your quotes in the portal.
Expedited turnaround is available on most assays, subject to instrument scheduling on the day. Call us before you submit rather than after — once a batch is queued, moving it forward is harder.
Tell us the batch, the panel you need, and the date you're working toward, and we'll tell you honestly whether we can hit it.
Call before you re-pull material. We'll walk you through the method, the QC that ran alongside your sample, and the raw data behind the number — often that conversation answers it without a retest.
If a retest is warranted, we'll tell you what we'd want to see and how quickly we can run it.
